Salon Guidelines
We are a non-smoking establishment.
We request all cell phones and pagers be turned off while in Spa.
Please, no young children allowed in the spa.
Please bring glasses or contacts and case for facial appointments.
When using the hydrotherapy tub a swim suit is not required but recommended for male clients.
For your enhanced comfort and relaxation we request you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled spa appointment. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening it’s effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest is not delayed.
Please leave all valuable items at home.
We accept Visa, Master Card, Amex, Cash, Checks, and Traveler’s Checks as a form of payment.
Please bring open toed sandals for your pedicure service. We have some disposable ones that can be difficult to walk in.
Please disclose any medical conditions or medications before getting a service.
When scheduling a spa package or bridal party we require a credit card number to reserve all appointments.
We reserve the right to deny anyone services.
Hours, prices and services are subject to change.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, cancellations must be made 2 salon/spa business days prior to the scheduled appointment or 100% service price fee may apply. Cancellations by text or email will NOT be accepted.
Cancellation of Spa Party, Bridal Party, or Nail Party must be made 2 salon/spa business days prior to the scheduled appointment or your card on reservation will be charged the full value of each service.
If you do not “show” on the day of your service we also will charge the credit card on reservation for the full value of each service.
